FREESTYLE POSTURE
自由泳姿势
We’re gonna talk a little bit about freestyle posture. If you hop up the water and just stand here. I want you to have a long neck. I want the water to be hitting the right in the middle the top of the head. I want you chin in. Relax the front here, become like a relaxed attention. I want you as flat back as possible. You get a flat back by bring your ribs in just a little bit. Suck in your belly button in against your spine and a little bit upon to your rib cage. Now you got your lungs as balancing tools here. You got great line. Bring your feet together. That’s good freestyle swimming posture right there. Vivian, very nice. Long neck, ribs in, flat back . Very nice. Freestyle posture.
