全浸式自由泳的秘密 全浸的秘密:全浸分为初级全浸,高级全浸!但是全浸的推广者好像很少刻意去主动说这个事。
很多全浸教程的目的都是为了把初学者,关节不灵活的成年人培养成初级全浸。而特里,竹内,瑞典的TI女教练很多风骚的展示,是高级全浸。这两个是完全不同的东西。
初级全浸,主要关注平衡(而非通过强烈打腿的虚假平衡),主要关注重心转移带来的动力(强调移臂手带动身体转动,不刻意强调划水推水。建议身体重心转换快速),主要关注身体的流线型(超人滑行,鱼姿),讲究宽轨入水(保障初学者重心转移的平衡和稳定),建议手入水后插入的深一点(不追求抓水更多)
高级全浸(例如竹内的演示),除了要关注初级全浸关注的内容,还要关注肩髋分离,移臂手不能太宽,手入水后不能插的太深。更要关注高肘抱水,划水和推水。
还要关注打腿的效率。并且高级全浸的重心转移要比初级全浸慢,或者滞后,原因就是,要关注抱水和推水,抱水后,才启动胯部,靠胯部的转动带动手臂加速划水。当然,这还需要关注手掌和小臂在不同阶段的对水角度。
总之,个人感觉,想通过初级全浸的训练,达到高级全浸的演示效果,是不现实的!
有比较好的传统自由泳的打腿基础,腰部控制基础,再吸取全浸的一些理念,勤加练习,才能游出骚包,而且非浮尸的全浸自由泳。

Shinji explained that this is one of the ways in which TI has evolved. The "log roll" rotation with stacked shoulders in skating is outdated. Then it was all about rotating "just enough" to get the recovery shoulder out of the water. Now they are talking about shoulder and hip separation. To get the latest version of TI you need to have access to a TI coach and relatively few followers have that luxury.
接下来是一个网友提问,为什么竹内说要保持髋部水平,这不是和教程里提到的肩髋一体,原木滚动矛盾吗?
回答:竹内说这是全浸进化的一种体现。“肩膀立起”的原木滚动已经过时了,新的提法是“足够的转动”让肩膀露出水面。而最新的技术是肩膀和髋部分离。要想获得最新的技术,你必须有机会和教练当面接触,而这对大多数人来说是不可能的。

Nice observation. I really focus to do as you observe. And you are right. With using this technique and snapping legs, I can create a very sharp torque (same as pitching.) It is what we teach to get acceleration in Japan for graceful swimmers. For TI beginners, we teach "rolling like a log."
