成就游泳冠军-青少年自由泳技巧练习 前交叉技术
Patient Vivian. Rotate, there you go. Alright hold up. In championship freestyle, we call this drill front quadrant swimming. We try to learn to swim the front quadrant of our body. In other words, if there is a big circle here, around my shoulders, I want to swim in the half of the circles out here, not in the circles back here so much. So what would I rather have? Would I rather have the armful of water in the front, in this area, or would I rather have a handful of water from my shoulder back here.

Now that’s freestyle swam dill like. There is not freestyle rhythm in that stroke, because we run that line and we hesitate. I want all those parts of the drill brought together in freestyle rhythm now. We are going to ask the swimmer to swim one that time here. We’re gonna check and see if they are leading with the top of the head. Do they have a long neck? Are they jam up like this? Lead with the top of your head and a long neck, we are going to look and see whether they are patient with their lead arm. We are going to look and see if they are rotate from side and side. You want to make sure your rotation is coming of your anchor, lead arm and not coming of a big scissors kick backing the back. You want it out and front.

Remark: Front-Quadrangt-Swimming
所谓中前交叉就是空中移臂的手即将入水时,另一臂还处于这个圆形的前1/4的象限内,所以也称前四分法(Front-Quadrangt-Swimming). 从另外一个角度看,两手的交叉点应该在头部或头部前面的位置,其它交叉技术基本是以头部为原点进行划分的。
