分析与研究:
1、与澳大利亚飞鱼索普相比,本科的自由泳划臂方式应该是“S”型划水路线,它的好处是加长了划水长度,从而取得更好的划水效果,为了保证划水长度,在移臂时手要尽量向前伸,划的时候切忌划“半程水”,一定要划到位,即划过臀部;
2、划水时,要尽量保证五指伸直,掌心指向池底,即与水平面垂直,并正对着身后的方向。
3、再一个重要概念是“高肘”,高肘有利于肩部肌肉群的发力。
