1、前面讲过针对不同的比赛距离,划臂、打腿和呼吸的配合是不同的;
2、本科在进行400米自由泳的训练是采用的是一、二、二配合,也就是说一次呼吸配合划臂、打腿个两次;除了以上两种,还有界于二者之间的一、二、四配合,在索普那个视频系列动画里提到过;
3、本科在这种配合时采用的是双面交替呼吸,这和她在短距离采用的呼吸有所不同;
4、无论哪种配合,打腿的幅度都不宜过大;
5、本科的这种配合的训练比六次打腿的训练要多。
