这个动作可能对有些人很容易,但我感觉这样换气有些费劲,可能是浮力不够所以我需要向上转一下头才能吸到气。我觉得两个手臂在前伸直手握在一起侧游更舒服,打几下腿后,用上面的那条手臂一划水(游50米就换另一条手臂在上),就可以利用划水产生的波谷来吸气。这样呼吸容易,而且由于双臂在前人在水中的位置更水平所以阻力更小,再加上能用手臂划水所以感觉轻快很多。 但小菲的动作更有助于集中练打腿。
