This drill can be used for training the underwater dolphin, the breakout, or a breathing stroke on fly. If working on the breakout or breathing stroke of butterfly, take the time between strokes to focus on what you're trying to achieve. Low head, forward movement of the forehead. Make sure the body doesn't travel UP, but rather, take a gradual approach to the surface, becoming parallel to the surface prior to taking the stroke.
