Focus points for becoming a champion breaststroker. The no.1 thing is breaststroke is swum slightly above the line then forward and slightly below the line, it’s not a n up-and-down stroke. Many people look like because they havepower so that they are going real, real high. They’re really going forward and over the surface of the water. So focus on going forward and landing on your forehead and your arms in the chest on the line, not down but on the line forward in breaststroke. Also a very important thing in breaststroke is to keep your arms out in front of your shoulders. Don't let your arms and elbows get down, under your body, or get your elbows trapped next to your side.
