Key Points
- Wearing fins, get a strong push off the wall
- Kick in the torpedo position on your front while you exhale
- Stretch though your core
- When you need to take a breath roll onto your back using your abdominal muscles, keeping your arms in the torpedo position
- Take a breath or two then rotate back onto your front and kick for another exhalation
Progression into full stroke
- Go straight into freestyle after performing the drill, keeping the fins on
