第一篇:我自己翻译的,小菲的教练鲍勃鲍曼写的:
Number one, you need to really work on the kick, particularly the underwater kick. That’s the very best way you’ve got to use your momentum, and it helps maintain your rhythm in the regular stroke… The kick’s power originates from the chest, and the whole body is part of the motion.

It’s very important, whether the arms are bent or straight – and we prefer them straight – that you have them very relaxed. They also have to be in synch with the rest of the body, with the hips at the highest point before the hands hit the water. If swimmers work on that, it really helps make the timing correct.

If you’re talking about Michael, he’ll swim repeats of 25s, 50s, 100s (in training) so he can maintain a perfect stroke over the whole distance. You want to develop a good feel for the water, and it’s hard to swim fly correctly without a high-effort level.

1,His favorite drill is the simple one arm fly. He sees a lot of swimmers do this drill as “one arm free with dolphin kick,” which isn’t beneficial to the stroke. Instead, he advises, press the chest down and keep the hips up. The power from the stroke comes from hips, not the arms.
小克推荐的训练动作为单臂蝶泳。但小克指出大部分人做的只是蝶泳腿加自由泳划臂,小克强调一定要胸部下压,臀部的位置要高。蝶泳前进的动力来自于臀部(整个躯干的向前波动的动力,通过高臀位表现出来,这句是我写的),而不是来自于划臂。
2,Also, keep the recovery of the stroke relaxed. Work on the kick, and keep the head in line with the rest of the body. Don’t lift the head at all during a non-breathing stroke, and when taking a breath, look forward, then get the head right back in line with the body.
此外小克说手臂在水面上的动作要完全放松。打腿时头和全身要在一条直线上。在不呼吸的划水时不要抬头。呼吸时向前看一下,然后马上低头回到原来头身一条线的状态。
