In the meantime, I'm going to answer your question about swimming and balance and hip and shoulder position as a respond to Luxenberg. He asked a question. He was confused about how much hip and shoulder rotation should be. He wrote back again said that what he is really asking about was -- you can see some comments on the swimming vedios about balance training. He was asking about the Total Immersion swimming, which is a very popular, I don't know, world wide but must be frustrating from Luxenberg. I have seen dozens and dozens of Total Immersion swimmers who come to me. And for the most part (and I talked about it in other vedios and comment about it), for the most part of the near or far beginning swimmers, they have trouble acheiving the techniques that are taught by Total Immersion. And I have been critical about TI only from the standpoint through what I see when the swimmers come to me, for the most part, their legs tend to be down this way, hips down this way. Water level here. Legs tend to be down here. So obviously, they sink a lot in the water. The second reason is they teach a glide. As you know, if you watch my vedios for last year, I'm not a glide proponent. I think it's really misnormal or actually wrong to teach new swimmers a glide element until they get their balance.
