二次腿主动拍小腿,这是蝶泳爱好者的一个通病,由于没有掌握正确的躯干波浪的发力部位和发力要领,造成这种二次拍小腿的蝶泳,后果很严重。。。。。。
正确的二次腿应该是腰腹胯先产生位移,先下压,再下压大腿,最后才传导到小腿,而不是小腿最先产生向下的拍打,而腰腹胯根本没动。

为了怕拍小腿,干脆拖着腿,不打二次腿,其实这样不打二次腿了也有问题,放着一把子好力气,为什么不用呢?:
