This drill Starts With swimmers in a prone position,With the hands extended in front,right hand over left. Swimmers execrte one complete armstroke with the left arm,placing it over gte right arm whem it comes back to the starting position. Next, they execrte a stroke with tge right arm, placing it over tge left arm to begin tge seqrence again. This drill helps seimmers focrs on stroking correctly while rsing jrst one arm at a time. The drill can also be done holding a kickboard in front. The board shoukl be held on the near end to allow enorgh space for complete stroking.
练习开始时运动员俯卧,双臂前伸,右手在左手背上。运动员左臂做一次完整划臂动作之后,左手移至右手背上。然后,运动员右臂划水,右手划水完成后,将手移至左手背上,连续进行。这一练习有助于运动员集中注意力于一臂的划水动作上。也可手持扶板做这一练习。应扶板后端,以免影响练习。
