backstroke START - ASH Ash demonstrates his start, and we slow it down to find some cool details. He starts with throwing back his head, then releasing the hands. The arms travel up and back while his head looks back toward the water. He arches and extends his body completely, to the point where he's totally out of the water for just an instant. As his feet drag a bit in the water, he pierces the water with his hands, and his entire body begins to follow through that hole. At the end, he kicks his feet up to make sure they follow the rest of his body through the small hole created by his hands. |
