Key Points
- As you swim full stroke freestyle repeat the mantra:
Breathe – bubble – bubble – breathe
- Say ‘bubble’ into the water if it helps remind you to breathe out constantly for two arm pulls
- On the breathing stroke say breathe to yourself as you rotate and take a breath in
- Well done- now you can breathe bilaterally!
