本书主要介绍全浸游泳TI,前半部分较详细的介绍了各个动作的学习方法。后面占大部分篇幅的游泳计划似乎不是很实用。不过在TI资料不多的情况下还是有一定价值。《轻松有效的鱼式游泳》适合更好,不过目前只有台湾版的,价格偏高。 补充:最近仔细读了一下,发现以前没有认真看。后面的练习计划和练习方法需要认真咀嚼消化,该书不错,适合成年人在学会打腿后练习自由泳,效果很好
