A short video showing Jason's freestyle pull pattern. Notice how his hand travels directly back with very little sweep in or out. He reaches complete extension, and rotation on each stroke and shows the water as much of the surface of his arm with a powerful push back. Also notice how his hand turns at the finish of the pull and slices out of the water.
