• Place your feet hip distance apart and pointed straight forward
• Feel strongly into the four corners of your feet
• big toe mound, little toe mound and the inner and outer side of the heels
• Have your hips in a neutral position
• Your core slightly engaged
• Have collar bones wide and shoulders relaxed
• Slightly engage your core
• Lengthen your neck bringing the ears directly over the shoulders
• Place your arms to the sides of the body with your palms facing straight forward
