Fast feet. This is fantastic to do, Jess. Moments before you're gonna start your main set. Really looking, as you can see here with Niko Andrina, they got good body position, they started looking a little bit at the ground. Sometimes this is quite common when people are like looking to see how quick defeater moving as you feel comfortable with it, then lift your head up just a little bit to that nice neutral position, looking out the horizon to hold a good body position with this gets really nice and activated small little steps. Try to be relaxed in the shoulders. You see, they're not lifting the shoulders. They got a good run form. This is what you're looking for of this drill.
