Body Position 身体姿势


Shoulders and body rolls from side to side 肩髋一体滚动


Chest and hips at the surface 胸髋在水面


Head is steady, slightly tilted forward 头要稳 稍翘起



Leg Action 腿部动作


Kick originates from hips 打腿始于髋


Knees lead in both directions 膝关节是上打和下打方向的转折点


Loose ankles, toes pointing 松踝绷脚


Whipping action of lower leg and foot 腿脚来鞭打


Knees stay below surface 膝不要露出水面



Arm Action 臂部动作


Arm enters above shoulder 手在肩上入水


Pinky enters first and deep entry 小指先深入水


Accelerated pull past hips 加速划过髋


Shoulders, forearms, and hands lined up vertically at midpoint of pull phase 划到中点时,肩、前臂和手成垂线


Question-mark pull pattern, hand leading 垂手划问号


Shoulder leads arm recovery 肩带臂移臂


Hand exits, thumb first, straight arm recovery 拇指先出水,直臂移臂



Breathing 呼吸


Pattern is regular, rhythmic and relaxed 有规律有节奏地放松呼吸



Timing 时机


Recovery arm enters as pulling arm finishes 划水臂结束,移臂臂入水
