中、美游泳后备人才培养模式的比较研究

【摘要】 采用文献资料法、访谈法和对比分析法对中美两国后备人才培养现状以及游泳后备人才培养过程的比较分析。结果表明:我国的游泳运动广泛性还无法与美国相比,中国对游泳后备人才的培养依旧是以体校为中心的一条龙服务,国家投入大;而美国对游泳后备人才的培养大多通过学校和社会,盘活了社会资源。 更多还原
