- Lean forward into the water letting your body float, simultaneously put one hand on top of the other arms out straight and extend forward
- Put your head under your arms, take a little bunny hop with both feet high onto the wall and push off horizontally just under the surface of the water
- Hold your legs together and straight and point your toes- you’ll be amazed how far you can go just with one push!
- Start swimming just before you start to slow down
