滑行练习
滑行是各种泳姿的基础,是整个熟悉水性的重点。目的是进一步体会水的浮力,掌握水中的平浮和身体滑行姿势。
蹬池底滑行练习

两脚前后开立,两臂前伸,两手并拢。深吸气后屈膝,当头和肩浸入水中时,前脚掌用力蹬池底,随后两脚并拢,使身体流线型“向前滑行”。

背向池壁,一手扶池顶(或池壁水槽),一手前伸,同时,一脚站立,一脚贴池壁。
深吸气,低头,上体在水中前倾或俯卧姿势。然后支撑脚向上收起,两脚掌贴住池壁,臀部尽量靠近池壁,这时两手前伸并拢。头夹在两臂之间,两脚用力蹬池壁,使身体呈"流线型"向前滑行。
