只要这5个指标做到完美了,整体配合游就会很完美了。
1,头的位置:目光尽量直视池底,感觉下巴紧紧夹住一个网球,不能掉下来,这样整个身体的位置就会高平。
2,屁股的位置:水面能看到泳衣PP的出水,体位高平,好的自由泳,一定要在水面看见泳裤Pp那个部分。什么时候练到发力部分靠上,达到腰胯髋部(腰腹臀)区域了,自由泳腿就真正打起来了。
3,脚部的水花:听声音是咕嘟咕嘟烧开水,开锅的样子,水花比较小,不能小腿拍水。

4,呼吸:那口气仅仅用半个嘴就能吸到了,不用浪费这么大体力转动,好的自由泳呼吸应该仅仅看到一只泳镜,另一只在水里。呼吸时不要抬头,下巴夹着的网球还不能掉。
5,移臂:一般现在要求高肘移臂,手指尖拖拽水面练习,目光看着自己的手是不是擦着水面向前移动?入水要轻柔,不要向下砸水拍水,要轻轻插入水中,前伸,抓水,抱水,加速推水。
但是直臂抡臂,也未尝不可。

佐藤久加直臂移臂自由泳,他是亚洲顶尖高手,这个视频里清晰的记录了他的移臂方式。记得从一开始学习自由泳就按照高肘移臂进行练习。不过,随着时间的推移,慢慢感觉到有效率的自由泳,还是侧重练习正确的水下动作更好。移臂方式只要是大臂带小臂,放松就好,无所谓高肘或者直臂,尤其是动作定型后更不用刻意去改成所谓的高肘移臂了,就像硬生生让左撇子改为右手一样,没必要。还不如多用一些精力提高水下动作的效率呢。
在国外,教练鼓励孩子按照个性发展,而国内的教练总是想把每个孩子都培养为同样的动作,就像Pink Floyed的歌曲you are just another brick on the wall,每个人都像是墙上的一块砖头,毫无区别和个性。看看人家美国队和瑞典队的自由泳接力多有个性,美国队个个游着一瘸一拐的自由泳,瑞典队都是轮着王八耍大锤的大抡臂,可是速度奇快,真棒!
